Step 1:
Locate your national grid account number on your bill

Step 2:
Verify your national grid account type. The program is only available to “Res. Heating” customers. 
If you are a “Res. Non-Heat” customer living in a multi-family house, you can reach out to national grid at 1-800-642-4272 to determine if your house may be eligible under another account.

Step 3:
Open the national grid rebate enrollment survey Click Here

Step 4:

Click on the blue “take Survey” button

 

Step 5:

Enter your email address under “Customers”
Your email doesn’t have to be the same as your national grid account

 
Step 6:
Enter zip code

Step 7: 
Enter your home type & your national grid account number

 
Step 8:
Select Yes for “Are you working with a Partner” and Under “Select your partner” we are listed as “1 Above Insulation”

 
Step 9:
Complete the form, when you reach the section with the check details, enter your own information. Once the insulation is installed in your home you will be able to assign the rebate to your partner directly maximizing the rebate & minimizing out of pocket costs.
